I had been lucky enough to be in Munich last weekend, because there was held the same time STROKE.02. The stroke is an exhibition concept and combines a fair, urban art, street art or just art to the people. Many artists and galleries from Berlin and other cities presented their own behalf or works.

The first stroke is still not long ago – in October 2009, presented the format for the first time. The concept has pleased me very well and I was amazed by the numerous visitors of all ages and social strata. That would be a few years ago has not been possible. Art which often consists of Sprüchlacken or has its origin on the street, where it is titled as graffiti, in galleries or in the form of an exhibition? YEAH! The Stroke has more than 55 exhibitors and over 1000 works clearly demonstrated that it works.

I was particularly pleased about the LEGO Playgrounds – the Cologne appeared in modified form as Lego Graffiti Styles Convention on colored head. I have brought you a few impressions of the Stroke from Munich:
